Create the Ambulance Network where we know the location of each ambulance
Create the Hospital Network where we know nearest hospital that has a free bed available/ Availability of ICU with Ventilator based on the medical requirements for each individual.
Figure out Food Management (Centralised Kitchen- Decentralised Kitchens/Distribution)
In Software Create a Facility ID for each First Line Treatment Center (State|District Code| Panchayat Code|Ward No|Unit Number in Ward) Eg: KL-07-87-18-02
Get Floor Plan of the Prototype Centers with the beds marked
Co-ordinate with IMA/IMAGE for Medical Waste Management
Confirm if waste disposal pit is setup at the center.
Identify the Volunteer Team
Create Training Module for the Volunteers through IMA (Medical Support) & Jinson (Video Support)
Train the volunteer team to man the Model Center.
We need a scheduling module for doctors/medical students to see which centers need doctors and the shifts that they need to plan.
The software has to have a inventory dashboard which can show people the type of inventory that is required and at what location. The inventory has to be stocked up always before it goes down so the confidence of people
Trial run the Facility for all the processes and eventualities like ambulance shifting, hospital shifting
Announce that the Model Center is now Live
